Trainee Territory Sales Officer

Jaffer Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Territory Sales Officer to join our Pesticides Sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for agriculture graduates, particularly those with little to no experience (fresh graduates up to 6 months), to gain hands-on field experience in the agricultural sector. The position is designed to help candidates develop essential sales skills while contributing to the growth and visibility of our products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Assist in expanding the market reach and generating demand directly at the farmer level.
- Support various field activities, including conducting product demonstrations and visiting farms to engage with end-users.
- Help track product visibility and ensure shelf availability at retail points.
- Assist in conducting market surveys and preparing sales reports to provide insights for strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with dealers, farmers, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and agricultural products.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new sales techniques and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a particular emphasis on Excel for planning and reporting purposes.
