Trainee Territory Sales Officer

Jaffer Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Territory Sales Officer to join our Pesticides Sales team. This role offers a valuable opportunity for agriculture graduates, especially those with up to six months of experience, to gain hands-on field experience in the agricultural sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Assist in expanding the market and generating demand at the farmer level by engaging directly with end-users.
- Support various field activities, including conducting product demonstrations and visiting farms to showcase product benefits.
- Help track product visibility and ensure shelf availability at retail outlets to maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist in conducting market surveys and preparing sales reports to provide insights for strategic planning.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and agricultural products.
