Trainer

PRG Pakistan, a leading multinational healthcare solutions provider supporting organizations across the United States, is seeking a skilled training professional to join their team. The successful candidate will have strong facilitation skills, expertise in instructional design, and a proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training programs. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver structured training programs that support the organization’s learning and development objectives. Conduct engaging training sessions focused on professional skills, communication, workplace effectiveness, leadership, and employee development. Prepare comprehensive training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and interactive activities. Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities among employees. Facilitate classroom-based, virtual, and interactive learning sessions using modern training methodologies. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, participant feedback, and performance improvement indicators. Continuously refine training content, delivery methods, and learning outcomes based on evaluation results. Collaborate closely with departmental stakeholders to ensure training initiatives meet business requirements and objectives.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a related field. A Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification or an equivalent recognized training qualification is essential. Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and contemporary training methodologies is required. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills are critical for success in this role. Proven experience in developing and delivering structured training programs is necessary. The ability to conduct training assessments, gather feedback, and evaluate learning outcomes is expected. Candidates must demonstrate the capability to engage diverse audiences and deliver impactful learning experiences.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
