Trainer

PRG Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and certified Professional Trainer to join its Training & Development team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate training and a passion for designing and delivering engaging, results-driven learning programs. This role requires strong facilitation skills, expertise in instructional design, and the ability to create impactful training sessions that enhance professional skills, leadership, and workplace effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver structured training programs aligned with organizational learning objectives.
- Conduct engaging training sessions on professional skills, communication, leadership, and employee development.
- Create training materials, lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and interactive activities.
- Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Facilitate classroom-based, virtual, and interactive learning sessions using modern methodologies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, and performance indicators.
- Continuously improve training content, delivery techniques, and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to ensure training initiatives meet business needs.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a related role.
- Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification or an equivalent recognized training qualification.
- Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver structured training programs.
- Proficiency in conducting training assessments and evaluating learning outcomes.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver impactful learning experiences.
