Trainer

PRG Pakistan is seeking a skilled and certified Professional Trainer to join its Training & Development team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate training and a passion for designing and delivering impactful learning programs. This role requires strong facilitation skills, expertise in instructional design, and the ability to engage diverse audiences through both classroom and virtual training environments. The Trainer will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall workplace effectiveness by aligning training initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver structured training programs that support the organization’s learning and development objectives.
- Conduct engaging training sessions on professional skills, communication, leadership, workplace effectiveness, and employee development.
- Create training materials, lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and interactive learning activities tailored to various learning styles.
- Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the workforce.
- Facilitate classroom-based, virtual, and interactive training sessions using modern methodologies and tools.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, participant feedback, and performance improvement metrics.
- Continuously improve training content, delivery techniques, and learning outcomes based on feedback and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business needs and strategic priorities.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a related training role.
- Certified Train-the-Trainer (TTT) or an equivalent recognized professional training certification.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and contemporary training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver structured training programs that achieve measurable results.
- Skilled in conducting training assessments, gathering feedback, and evaluating learning outcomes.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners to maximize training impact.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master Trainer certification is highly desirable.
