Trainer/Training Supervisor

We are seeking a highly responsible, disciplined, and motivated Training Supervisor to join our psychology internship program. This commission-based role offers a unique opportunity for an individual passionate about building and expanding a training department while working closely with psychology interns. The position involves a blend of student recruitment, sales, teaching, training, course development, and overall growth of the training program. The ideal candidate will be committed to long-term development and ready to take ownership of the training department’s success.

Key Responsibilities
- Train and supervise interns through both online and onsite internship programs.
- Manage and conduct online training batches during weekdays.
- Lead onsite internship training sessions on weekends.
- Communicate effectively with prospective students, converting leads into confirmed internship bookings.
- Utilize the clinic’s WhatsApp platform to follow up with potential students and maintain ongoing communication.
- Represent the organization at university job fairs and career events to promote internship opportunities.
- Organize and conduct webinars, workshops, and information sessions as needed.
- Assist in designing and enhancing psychology training courses and internship programs.
- Contribute innovative ideas and actively participate in the growth and development of the training department.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with students to ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Track and manage student bookings, follow-ups, and training-related administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
- Highly responsible, disciplined, and committed to the role.
- Comfortable engaging with students and prospective clients.
- Willingness to meet sales and student recruitment targets.
- Ability to conduct webinars, workshops, and presentations confidently.
- Willingness to attend university job fairs and promotional activities.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities.
- Must reside near the clinic to facilitate convenient commuting, especially for weekend onsite training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Initial training will be provided in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the clinic’s CBT internship program at no cost.
- Practical exposure and hands-on training will be offered before assuming full training responsibilities.
- Upon successful completion or departure from the role, a certificate of CBT internship will be awarded, contingent on meeting internship requirements.
- Commission-based earnings include commissions on successful internship bookings and teaching/training batches conducted. The teaching commission varies depending on the number of students and batches handled, providing motivated candidates with the opportunity to increase their income through both recruitment and training delivery.

Work Structure
- Onsite internship batches are scheduled for weekends only.
- Online internship batches take place during weekdays.
- The work schedule will be coordinated based on training batches, student bookings, and organizational needs.

This is a long-term commitment role requiring full dedication, reliability, punctuality, and consistent follow-through. Candidates seeking short-term, part-time, or casual work are not suitable for this position.
