Travel Consultant (Fluent English)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in Umrah travel packages. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Umrah packages, flights, hotels, and related travel services. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers through multiple channels such as phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Effectively sell Umrah packages, flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
- Professionally manage customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Clearly explain package details, pricing, visa requirements, and travel arrangements to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and booking details within the system.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and ongoing support.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with confidence and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in Umrah travel sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competitive compensation package including a basic salary plus attractive commission.
- Full-time position with night shifts from Monday to Saturday.

- Monthly salary ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000, depending on experience and performance.
