Travel Consultant

Times Travel is seeking a motivated Travel Consultant to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a genuine interest in the travel industry. This role involves assisting clients with their travel needs while providing excellent service and accurate information to ensure a seamless booking experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, including flight options, fares, and bookings.
- Handle customer queries professionally through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate travel information and recommend suitable options based on individual customer requirements.
- Process and manage reservations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or booking platforms as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in the travel industry will be preferred.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A customer-service and sales-oriented approach is required.
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre GDS systems is an advantage but not mandatory for fresh candidates.
- Willingness to work onsite at our DHA Lahore office.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
