We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting clients with their travel planning needs, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and visa-related guidance. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with both domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring all preferences and requirements are met.
- Manage flight reservations, including ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and processing refunds efficiently.
- Develop customized travel itineraries and holiday packages tailored to clients' budgets and interests.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, airport transfers, and other travel-related services to create comprehensive travel solutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements, travel documentation, and entry regulations for various destinations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners to foster trust and repeat business.
- Follow up on bookings, payments, and any changes to travel plans to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about airline policies, travel regulations, and current tourism trends to offer up-to-date advice.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or in a similar customer-facing travel role is preferred.
- Familiarity with airline reservation and ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is advantageous.
- Good understanding of international travel destinations, visa procedures, and necessary travel documentation.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple client requests effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs70,000. The role requires working in person at the designated office location.
