Travel Consultant / Travel Agent

Breeze Travel & Tours is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Travel Consultant / Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of both international and domestic travel, including airline ticketing, flight reservations, visa assistance, holiday and tour packages, hotel bookings, travel itineraries, and excellent customer interaction skills. This role involves understanding clients’ travel needs, offering tailored travel solutions, preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and walk-in clients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide expert consultation on international and domestic travel options.
- Research and recommend appropriate flight options, fares, routes, and schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Assist clients with airline ticketing and flight reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Prepare and sell holiday packages, tour packages, hotel bookings, and detailed travel itineraries.
- Advise clients on visit visa requirements and assist with visa documentation processes.
- Develop quotations aligned with customer budgets and travel preferences.
- Follow up on leads and convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings to meet sales targets.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with both existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate effectively with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and other travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Keep accurate records of customer details, booking information, and follow-up status.
- Provide after-sales support, assisting customers with booking amendments, cancellations, and travel-related queries.
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, Ticketing Officer, Reservation Officer, or Travel Sales Executive is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry, including airline reservations, international routes, fares, and ticketing procedures.
- Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is advantageous.
- Knowledge of visit visas, holiday packages, hotels, and international destinations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and professionally.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive salary starting from Rs40,000 per month.
