Travel Consultant-USA Umrah Campaign

We are seeking motivated Travel Consultants to join our expanding Umrah travel campaign. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel sales, customer service, flight bookings, or religious travel. In this role, you will assist customers in planning their Umrah journeys by understanding their travel needs, offering appropriate package options, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. This position requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a smooth and satisfying travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assess customers’ Umrah travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, and transportation arrangements for clients.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about Umrah packages, including inclusions, pricing, and travel regulations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and leads to drive bookings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the booking process.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Maintain up-to-date customer and booking records within company systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, Travel Advisor, or Travel Sales Representative is preferred.
- Familiarity with international flight bookings and travel arrangements.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with effective follow-up abilities.
- Proficient computer and internet skills.
- Experience serving customers in the USA is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to work according to USA business hours when necessary.
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Candidates must be located in Lahore and able to work on-site.
