Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
- Deliver excellent customer service by offering expert travel advice and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all travel documentation is accurate and current.
- Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination updates.
- Manage both corporate and leisure travel accounts, ensuring client preferences and needs are consistently met.
- Utilize GDS/booking systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to create and modify reservations efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, with a diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a travel consultant or travel operations role.
- Proficiency in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple bookings simultaneously.
