Travel Sales & Operations Executive

Flight Way is seeking four dedicated Travel Sales & Operations Executives to join our team at our office located in Giga Mall, DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. This full-time, office-based role operates Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour break. The position offers a starting basic salary of Rs35,000 per month, supplemented by a profit-based sales commission in line with company policy. Candidates must be prepared to manage their own commute, as the company does not provide transportation or accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage company-generated enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person office visits.
- Understand customer travel needs, budgets, and service preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations following internal approvals and share them promptly with customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Cross-sell a variety of travel products including domestic and international air tickets, Umrah packages, international tours, hotel bookings, and travel insurance.
- Coordinate effectively with ticketing agents, suppliers, hotels, and operations staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Keep detailed records of customers, quotations, payments, and follow-ups.
- Deliver professional pre-sale and post-sale customer support.
- Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales and profit targets.
- Adhere to company processes, pricing controls, and service standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Strong spoken Urdu and functional written and spoken English skills.
- Confident communication abilities across phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions.
- Basic computer proficiency including typing, calculations, and record management.
- Customer-oriented mindset with honesty, punctuality, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working under sales targets with regular follow-ups.
- Ability to learn multiple travel products and manage several enquiries simultaneously.
- No prior travel agency experience is required; fresh graduates eager to build a career in travel are encouraged to apply.
