Travel & Visa Consultant – Study Abroad

7 Sky Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Study Abroad Consultant to support students throughout their international education journey. The ideal candidate will assist students in selecting appropriate universities, courses, and study destinations aligned with their academic background and career aspirations. This role involves guiding students through the entire application process, from understanding admission requirements to visa procedures, ensuring a smooth and informed experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide students in choosing suitable universities, courses, and study destinations based on their academic profiles and career goals.
- Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, and other relevant details clearly to students.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of university applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Advise students on the necessary academic and supporting documents required for applications.
- Coordinate and follow up on student applications to ensure timely processing and resolution of any issues.
- Keep students informed about the progress of their applications and provide guidance on subsequent steps.
- Offer clear support throughout the admission and visa application processes.
- Maintain accurate records of student cases and monitor pending requirements to ensure compliance and timely completion.

Required Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience working in a study abroad consultancy or related field.
- Strong knowledge of international universities, courses, admission criteria, and student application procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to counsel and guide students effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases efficiently and follow up persistently on pending matters.
- Capability to assess student profiles and recommend appropriate study options tailored to their needs.
- Professional, responsible, and target-driven approach to work.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000. This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the company’s office location.
