Treasury Manager

KSB, a global leader in pumps, valves, and related services, is seeking a Treasury Manager to join its Finance & Control department at the Lahore, Pakistan location. The Treasury Manager will play a critical role in leading treasury operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing cash flow, and managing key stakeholder relationships effectively. This position is a day shift role, and female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and working capital management.
- Oversee banking relationship management, financing facilities, bank guarantees, and Letters of Credit (LCs).
- Manage foreign exchange (FX) activities and ensure robust treasury operations and internal controls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, tax authorities, external auditors, and internal business stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and financial governance standards.
- Collaborate across functions to influence business decisions and support organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred. Candidates with ACCA, ICMA, or MBA in Finance will also be considered.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 to 5 years of independently managing both tax and treasury functions.
- Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with SAP treasury modules and financial systems.
