Treasury Specialist

Hirestaff.ai, a global leader in talent acquisition and staffing solutions, is partnering with a prominent telecom company operating over 300 stores across various states in the USA to recruit a Treasury Executive. This full-time, on-site position is based in Karachi at Azad Trade Centre, Block 14, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, with working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. The Treasury Executive will play a vital role in supporting the Finance and Treasury functions by managing cash flow, banking operations, payment processes, reconciliations, and maintaining treasury records. This position also involves assisting with liquidity monitoring, cash forecasting, bank coordination, and financial reporting to ensure smooth financial operations aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash and credit card deposit operations efficiently.
- Administer current accounts and maintain strong banking relationships.
- Monitor cash management activities to ensure all financial obligations are met timely and accurately.
- Prepare cash management documentation, correspondence, and proposals as needed.
- Forecast, monitor, and track cash flow on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to support liquidity planning.
- Analyze and resolve any issues related to payment processes.
- Review bank charges and prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports.
- Administer and maintain the corporate credit card program, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain proper backups and records of all financial data for audit and reporting purposes.
- Assist with the renewal of annual banking facilities and related documentation.
- Coordinate regularly with banks to manage accounts and resolve queries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across treasury and finance departments to support financial operations.
- Manage and pool cash across multiple bank accounts to optimize liquidity.
- Perform data integrity checks and verify balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Treasury or Cash Management roles.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external banking partners.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
