Flink Freight Logistics, a rapidly expanding company specializing in Over-the-Road (OTR) freight forwarding and logistics, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team in Saddar Rawalpindi. The role involves managing OTR load bookings and coordinating shipments to ensure timely deliveries. This position operates on a night shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 to 75,000 per month, along with various benefits. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining strong carrier relationships and optimizing freight operations within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Book and manage OTR loads with carriers and brokers efficiently.
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries to meet scheduled timelines.
- Negotiate freight rates to maximize profit margins and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with carriers and clients.
- Track shipments proactively and resolve any operational issues that arise.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in the system for each load.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to maintain smooth workflow and communication.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on Supply Chain or Logistics considered an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in call center or logistics environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage carrier and client interactions.
- Ability to work night shifts and perform well under pressure.
- Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is beneficial.
