We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Truck Dispatcher. This role involves managing over-the-road (OTR) freight loads by coordinating with carriers and brokers to ensure timely shipments and deliveries. The position requires working night shifts from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The monthly salary ranges from PKR 50,000 to 70,000, with additional benefits including commission, EOBI, provident fund, paid leaves, and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Book and manage OTR loads efficiently with carriers and brokers to optimize operations.
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Negotiate freight rates strategically to maximize profit margins.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with carriers and clients.
- Track shipments closely and proactively resolve any operational issues that arise.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and system updates are completed promptly for each load.
- Collaborate effectively with dispatch and operations teams to maintain seamless workflow.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a background in Supply Chain or Logistics considered an advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in truck dispatching or logistics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work night shifts and perform well under pressure.
- Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is beneficial.
