Truck Dispatcher - BPO

We are seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our BPO team based in Blue Area, Islamabad. This role operates on a night shift schedule and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 60,000. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in dispatch or BPO environments and possess strong communication and coordination abilities. This position requires working on-site and involves managing the efficient dispatch of jobs while maintaining clear communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch jobs and orders efficiently to ensure timely execution.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Track schedules, assignments, and the status of ongoing jobs to maintain workflow transparency.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in a dispatch or BPO role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently and reliably.
- Comfortable working in an in-person setting at the designated location.
