TRUCK DISPATCHER / CALL CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Truck Dispatchers / Call Centre Representatives for a night-shift role supporting the US trucking industry. This full-time position is based in Pakistan and requires working night hours aligned with US business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle calls professionally, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with US-based trucking companies, drivers, and brokers.
- Make and receive professional calls to coordinate logistics.
- Assist with load booking, coordination, and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and provide updates as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence in handling calls and engaging professionally with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and strong organizational capabilities.
- Willingness to work night shifts according to US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in truck dispatching or call centre operations is highly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs79,000.
- Work location is in-person, providing a structured work environment.
