We are currently expanding our Dispatch Department and seeking experienced professionals with practical knowledge in Truck Dispatching. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing truck dispatch operations efficiently and be ready to work onsite during US business hours. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore Johar Town, and candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate before starting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily truck dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates and handling any delays or changes proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Achieve performance targets during the probation period and contribute to overall team goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months hands-on experience as a Truck Dispatcher, with at least 1 year of experience specifically in US truck dispatching.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with all stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite during US business hours.
- Commitment to successfully complete a target-based probation period.
- Reliable commute to Lahore Johar Town or plans to relocate prior to employment.
