Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Truck Dispatcher to oversee and coordinate daily trucking operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communication with drivers and brokers, sourcing and booking loads, tracking shipments, and ensuring the timely and efficient movement of trucks. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet operational and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch trucks based on daily schedules and availability.
- Search for and negotiate suitable loads with brokers and shippers.
- Maintain professional communication with drivers, brokers, and customers.
- Negotiate rates to maximize revenue per truck.
- Track trucks and monitor load status from pickup through delivery.
- Oversee driver performance, availability, and utilization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and brokers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch and revenue goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Truck Dispatcher is preferred.
- Knowledge of the US trucking and logistics industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to Rs. 80,000 per month.
- Night shift schedule from 4:45 pm to 2:00 am.
- Work location: Bahria Town, Lahore (in-person).
