Truck Dispatcher

Located at High Q Tower Gulberg, this role involves managing and dispatching trucks operating within the US market during night shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will coordinate with drivers, brokers, and shippers to ensure seamless operations, negotiate freight rates, and secure profitable loads. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple operational tasks while maintaining compliance with company policies and US industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and manage trucks servicing the US market efficiently.
- Coordinate communication between drivers, brokers, and shippers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Negotiate freight rates with brokers to maximize profitability.
- Utilize load boards such as DAT and Truckstop to search for and book loads.
- Plan optimal routes and monitor drivers throughout their trips to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage operational issues including check calls, tracking, detention, layover, and TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used).
- Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and driver activities for reporting and compliance.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with brokers and customers to support ongoing business.
- Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company procedures and US trucking industry regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a US Truck Dispatcher with a solid understanding of the US trucking and freight industry.
- Hands-on experience using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet daily targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time-management skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones (5 PM to 2 AM).
