Flink Freight Logistics, a rapidly expanding company specializing in Over-the-Road (OTR) freight operations, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team in Saddar, Rawalpindi. This role involves managing load bookings, coordinating shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations. The position operates on a night shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday, offering a competitive monthly salary range of PKR 50,000 to 75,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Book and manage OTR loads with carriers and brokers to optimize freight movement.
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries to maintain timely operations.
- Negotiate freight rates to maximize profit margins while ensuring competitive pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients to support ongoing business.
- Track shipments proactively and resolve any operational issues that arise.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in the system for each load.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to facilitate a smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on Supply Chain or Logistics considered an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in call center environments or logistics operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills essential for managing carrier and client interactions.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and perform well under pressure.
- Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
