Truck Dispatcher Team Lead

TEKXS is seeking a dedicated Truck Dispatching Team Lead to oversee dispatch operations for a US-based logistics campaign. This role involves coordinating loads, routes, and driver schedules while leading a team of dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries. The position is full-time and based onsite in Lahore, requiring effective communication with both US clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate loads, routes, and driver schedules to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of dispatchers, fostering a productive and motivated work environment.
- Handle escalations promptly and monitor team performance metrics such as on-time delivery and response times.
- Serve as the primary liaison between US clients and internal departments to maintain smooth operations.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in truck dispatching is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with clients.
- Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
