Trucking Pricing Specialist - Male Candidates Only (On- Site)

UTrade Logistics is seeking a dedicated Trucking Pricing Specialist to join their team on a full-time, onsite basis. This role involves managing transportation quotations, sourcing carriers, and negotiating rates specifically for the U.S. and Canadian markets. The position requires working the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM and offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure competitive and accurate freight pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations for Full Truckload (FTL), Less Than Truckload (LTL), drayage, and cross-border trucking services.
- Source and evaluate reliable carriers while negotiating competitive rates to optimize cost efficiency.
- Maintain and update carrier relationships and vendor databases to ensure accurate and current information.
- Calculate freight costs, including accessorial charges, and analyze profit margins to support pricing decisions.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and operations teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in trucking pricing or carrier sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of trucking rates and market dynamics in both the U.S. and Canadian regions.
- Hands-on experience using load boards and freight pricing platforms to support rate negotiations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Good command of English with effective communication skills.

Additional Information:
The salary for this position will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience. Candidates must be available to work the specified night shift onsite. Only applicants with relevant trucking industry experience will be considered for the role.

This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the company’s physical location during the designated shift hours.
