TS2 (Technical Supervisor)

This role involves supporting the team leader in managing daily task assignments and organizing shift schedules. The candidate will be responsible for conducting inspection activities at the tester line and test track throughout the shift. They will perform vehicle inspections following established standard PIS and method POS guidelines, ensuring quality and compliance. Monitoring and following up on the GCA worst point defects at the tester line is a key part of the role. Maintaining 5S standards and safety protocols within the assigned area is essential. The candidate will also actively engage in IMS, Kaizen, and 5S promotional activities to drive continuous improvement. Participation in training sessions and educational programs led by the Safety and Quality Coordinator is required. Additionally, the role includes performing sample checks and verifying processes for inspected and approved vehicles. Coordination with the Safety and Training Coordinator will be necessary as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team leader with daily assignment delegation and shift arrangement.
- Conduct inspection activities at the tester line and test track during operations.
- Perform vehicle inspections according to the prescribed standard PIS and method POS.
- Monitor and follow up on GCA worst point defects at the tester line.
- Maintain 5S standards and ensure safety compliance within the designated area.
- Actively participate in IMS, Kaizen, and 5S promotional activities.
- Attend training and educational sessions provided by the Safety and Quality Coordinator.
- Conduct sample checks and verify processes on inspected and approved vehicles.
- Liaise with Safety and Training Coordinators when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) with a 3-year program in Mechanical, Auto & Diesel, Electrical, or Dies & Mold disciplines.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
