GoTutify is a Pakistan-focused tutoring platform committed to connecting students with qualified tutors and mentors tailored to their academic needs and personal learning styles. As we prepare to launch our official mobile app, we are inviting passionate educators from various cities across Pakistan to join our founding community. This opportunity offers both online and in-person tutoring roles, allowing selected tutors to support learners in strengthening their academic foundations, mastering challenging concepts, and building confidence throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs while assessing progress and providing constructive feedback. Maintain professional communication with students and parents to foster positive relationships. Keep accurate and up-to-date profile information on the platform. Uphold GoTutify’s standards for learner safety, educational quality, and professional integrity. Demonstrate responsible teaching practices and contribute to a supportive, student-centered learning environment.

Required Qualifications
Strong subject knowledge with the ability to explain academic concepts clearly. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents. Ability to adapt teaching techniques to different learning preferences. Mentoring skills that include motivating students, assisting with study strategies, goal setting, and confidence building. A patient, responsible, and learner-focused approach to education. Relevant academic qualifications or demonstrable expertise in the subject area. Willingness to participate in the application, document verification, interview, and selection process. Commitment to student safety, privacy, and inclusive educational practices. Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or related informal educational roles is preferred. Familiarity with digital learning tools and online educational resources is an advantage. As part of the Founding Tutors Program, the first 100 selected tutors across Pakistan will receive a Permanent Blue Verified Tick on their profiles. This exclusive recognition highlights founding tutors who successfully complete the selection and verification process, providing early visibility and credibility on the platform.
