Zyltech Digital is seeking motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Twitch & Discord Sales Executives. In this role, you will engage with potential customers through live chat, respond to inquiries, and guide prospects toward becoming loyal clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop strong customer relationships, promote our high-quality services, and contribute to a dynamic sales team focused on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about Zyltech’s products and services.
- Actively promote company offerings and successfully close sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Resolve customer issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or individuals with minimal work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, especially in written chat-based interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently during night shifts (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of Twitch and Discord platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle inquiries patiently and professionally.
