UI Developer

We are seeking a talented UI Developer / Frontend UI Developer to create responsive, visually engaging, and accessible web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, and modern frontend frameworks. This role involves translating UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect web pages while ensuring excellent user experience across devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Convert Figma designs, mockups, and prototypes into fully functional web pages with pixel accuracy.
- Build reusable UI components and frontend templates to promote consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and frontend developers to ensure design fidelity and smooth implementation.
- Maintain consistency in styling, typography, spacing, colors, and UI behaviors throughout applications.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all UI components.
- Optimize UI elements for performance and usability, adhering to web development and accessibility standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues and defects promptly.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold frontend coding standards.
- Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and reusable component libraries.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of responsive web design principles and techniques.
- Proven ability to convert Figma/UI designs into pixel-accurate, functional web interfaces.
- Proficiency with CSS techniques including Flexbox, CSS Grid, media queries, and responsive layouts.
- Experience working with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with UI/CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility challenges and solutions.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Good grasp of UI/UX principles and strong attention to visual detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills

- Experience with TypeScript and frameworks like React/Next.js.
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as SCSS/SASS or LESS.
- Familiarity with component libraries including Material UI and Storybook.
- Experience developing and maintaining design systems.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards, particularly WCAG guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of REST API integration.
- Skills in frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with frontend testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
