We are seeking a talented UI Developer to create responsive, visually engaging, and accessible web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks, with a keen ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect web pages. This role requires a detail-oriented developer who can ensure consistency across devices and browsers while optimizing performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Convert Figma designs, mockups, and prototypes into fully functional web pages.
- Build reusable UI components and frontend templates to support scalable development.
- Maintain consistency between UI designs and the final developed applications.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and frontend developers to ensure design accuracy and technical feasibility.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all UI components.
- Optimize UI components for performance and usability, following best practices.
- Adhere to accessibility standards and web development guidelines.
- Maintain consistent styling, including typography, spacing, colors, and UI behaviors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related defects promptly.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold frontend coding standards.
- Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and reusable component libraries.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
- Proficient in JavaScript and modern frontend/UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and techniques.
- Experience converting Figma or other UI designs into pixel-accurate web interfaces.
- Expertise in CSS layout techniques including Flexbox, CSS Grid, media queries, and responsive layouts.
- Familiarity with UI/CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
- Strong knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and strong attention to visual detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills

- Experience with TypeScript and frameworks like React/Next.js.
- Knowledge of SCSS/SASS or LESS preprocessors.
- Familiarity with component libraries such as Material UI.
- Experience with Storybook for UI component development.
- Background in developing and maintaining design systems.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards, particularly WCAG.
- Basic knowledge of REST API integration.
- Skills in frontend performance optimization.
- Experience with frontend testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
