UI/UX Designer – ERP System (Night Shift)

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and consistent interfaces for our ERP system. This role focuses on simplifying complex workflows and delivering practical, user-friendly designs for dashboards, forms, reports, and various business modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for usability and visual hierarchy, ensuring seamless user experiences across data-intensive screens and multi-step processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces using Figma.
- Develop and maintain reusable components and comprehensive design systems.
- Enhance usability for complex, data-heavy screens and multi-step workflows.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including expertise in Auto Layout, components, and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of usability principles, visual hierarchy, and responsive design techniques.
- A portfolio that clearly demonstrates product interface design and thoughtful design processes.
- Availability to work night shifts as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience designing for ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms, or admin dashboards is highly preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience working on ERP, CRM, SaaS, or admin dashboard projects.
- This is an in-person role, offering a monthly salary range of Rs70,000 to Rs100,000.
