Incube Technologies is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create engaging and intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will apply user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies to develop seamless user experiences. This role requires understanding user needs through research and translating those insights into visually appealing and functional prototypes that align with business objectives and customer expectations. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency, usability, and brand alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design mobile user interfaces and experiences for iOS and Android applications, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Utilize design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Sketch to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and present a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Apply a solid understanding of mobile design patterns, accessibility standards, and platform-specific guidelines such as Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to implement and refine design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, and translate feedback into actionable design improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on mobile applications.
- Proficiency in key design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Figma.
- Strong skills in user research, prototyping, and visual design.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams without direct management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver user-friendly products that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
