Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that enhance user engagement.
- Conduct user research to analyze behavior, needs, and requirements for informed design decisions.
- Define comprehensive user journeys, flows, and interaction patterns to optimize usability.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs to communicate concepts effectively.
- Translate business requirements into user-centered digital experiences that align with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and uphold design standards across products.
- Establish component governance to ensure consistency and quality in digital interfaces.
- Produce responsive, mobile-first designs adaptable to desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, layouts, interaction patterns, and visual elements.
- Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Proactively identify UX challenges and propose innovative, product-level solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements, scope, feasibility, and delivery timelines.
- Lead design reviews and effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Review implemented interfaces and perform design quality assurance to ensure fidelity to design specifications.
- Document UX decisions, patterns, specifications, and design standards for team alignment.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging design trends and UX best practices to keep solutions current.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, including user flows, wireframing, and prototyping techniques.
- Excellent visual design, interaction design, and typography skills.
- Solid knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design methodologies.
- Proven ability to create and maintain comprehensive design systems.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects and design problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
