UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team and help craft engaging, intuitive digital experiences for both web and mobile applications. In this role, you will be involved throughout the entire design process—from user research and wireframing to developing high-fidelity prototypes and collaborating closely with developers during handoff. You will partner with product managers and engineers to ensure that designs align with user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user and business requirements.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and user interviews to guide design decisions.
- Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Design responsive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components using Figma.
- Develop interactive prototypes to clearly demonstrate user flows and design concepts.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Continuously enhance existing products based on user feedback, usability insights, and analytics.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Multimedia Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Candidates with relevant certifications, bootcamps, and strong portfolios will also be considered.
- 3-4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably at a mid to senior level.
- A strong portfolio showcasing real-world design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma is essential; experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is advantageous.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, web applications, or mobile apps.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews.
- Knowledge of tools such as Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, or advanced prototyping techniques.
- Experience building or maintaining design systems.

Compensation
- Salary range: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
