Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for both web and mobile applications that are visually engaging and easy to navigate.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and continuously improve design quality.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure that designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
- Implement responsive and mobile-first design strategies to provide consistent user experiences across devices.
- Translate complex business objectives and user needs into elegant and intuitive design solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design principles and impactful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma and Sketch.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development approaches.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and user research practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Work Schedule and Location
This is an onsite position based in Karachi. The working hours are from 6 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this role is Rs100,000 to Rs150,000.
