UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

- Design conversion-focused user interfaces for ecommerce websites, including product pages, collections, checkout processes, and landing pages.
- Conduct thorough ecommerce store audits covering UI, UX, conversion rate optimization (CRO), sales funnels, and overall performance.
- Identify gaps in conversion and propose data-driven CRO improvements to enhance user engagement and sales.
- Develop wireframes, UI flows, and optimized layouts tailored specifically for ecommerce platforms.
- Analyze user behavior through tools such as heatmaps, analytics, and funnel data to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of design improvements.
- Understand, document, and translate client requirements into clear, effective UI solutions that align with business objectives.
- Maintain UI consistency and usability while ensuring designs support the company’s conversion and performance goals.

Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of professional experience in ecommerce design.
- Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) with a proven track record of improving ecommerce performance.
- Hands-on experience conducting comprehensive ecommerce store audits.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into practical UI designs.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce funnels, checkout optimization, and user journey mapping.
- Availability to work night shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Pine Avenue, Lahore location.
