UI/UX Designer

Moshlay Creatives is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join their team in Lahore. This full-time position requires working on-site during night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of professional experience in UI/UX design and possess a strong understanding of user experience principles, modern design trends, and the ability to create clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop responsive layouts that adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices.
- Build and maintain consistent design systems and reusable UI components to ensure design coherence.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance overall user experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Proven experience designing websites, dashboards, and mobile applications.
- Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design techniques.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work is mandatory.
