Our client, Trusted Technologies, is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer specializing in mobile and web interfaces to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in designing engaging and user-friendly digital products. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related discipline is required. Proficiency in Figma and a solid grasp of UI/UX principles are essential for this role, with a particular emphasis on mobile application design. The designer will collaborate closely with developers, quality assurance engineers, and project managers to deliver seamless and innovative user experiences. While this position does not involve managing a team, it plays a vital role in contributing creative design solutions that align with company objectives and customer needs. Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset are crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that clearly communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs for mobile applications that enhance usability and provide an engaging user experience.
- Utilize Figma extensively to design, iterate, and collaborate on design systems and interface layouts.
- Ensure all designs adhere to best practices in typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy to maintain a cohesive and appealing aesthetic.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to integrate design solutions smoothly into the product development lifecycle.
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems to ensure consistency across various products and platforms.
- Review and refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing results.
- Stay current with UI/UX industry trends, tools, and technologies to foster innovation and improve design strategies.
- Prepare and present design concepts and solutions for stakeholder review and approval.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality standards in all design deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, particularly focused on mobile and web interfaces.
- Strong proficiency with Figma for designing, prototyping, and collaborating on design systems.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, including typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX design work that effectively translates user requirements and business goals into practical design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
