Rizing Metrics is looking for a skilled UI/UX and Graphic Designer who has a keen eye for creating clean, modern digital experiences. In this role, you will transform user needs and business goals into intuitive and visually appealing interface designs, as well as develop visual assets and marketing materials for both web and mobile applications. Your work will play a key role in enhancing the overall user experience while maintaining brand consistency across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- UX & Prototyping: Conduct user research and develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes tailored for web and mobile platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
- UI Design: Create clean, user-focused interfaces that align with client branding guidelines and adhere to accessibility standards.
- Visual Asset Creation: Design vector graphics, icons, promotional materials, and brand identity elements that support marketing and product initiatives.
- Design Systems: Maintain and update design systems, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Developer Hand-off: Work closely with development teams to deliver design assets accurately and support the implementation process, ensuring visual fidelity.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Visual Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing projects for both web and mobile platforms.
- UI/UX Tools: High proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD for designing and prototyping user interfaces.
- Graphic Design Tools: Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva for creating diverse graphic assets.
- Design Principles: Solid understanding of modern UI layout trends, typography, color theory, responsive design, and design system best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent visual communication abilities combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Shift Requirement: Willingness and ability to work the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
