UK Link Builder / Off-Page SEO Specialist

Grupo Island is seeking a dedicated UK Link Builder/Off-Page SEO Specialist to join our digital team based in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time role operates in alignment with UK business hours and offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and proven results. The position is ideal for both experienced professionals and fresh starters, as comprehensive training will be provided. The primary focus is on developing high-quality, relevant, and authoritative backlinks for UK-facing websites through strategic research, manual outreach, and relationship building, contributing to effective off-page SEO campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute UK-focused link building and outreach campaigns.
- Secure high-quality guest posting opportunities on relevant UK websites.
- Build authority backlinks from reputable and niche-relevant sites.
- Conduct local link building initiatives for UK businesses and support local SEO efforts.
- Perform manual email outreach and foster relationships with website owners and editors.
- Analyze competitor backlinks and conduct link-gap research to identify opportunities.
- Identify relevant websites with strong authority, organic traffic, and topical relevance.
- Acquire contextual and editorial backlinks that comply with Google’s quality guidelines.
- Maintain an organized database of outreach prospects and successfully acquired links.
- Avoid spammy or private blog network (PBN) links to ensure backlink quality.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing acquired backlinks, referring domains, key metrics, and overall campaign progress.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in UK link building with a strong understanding of the UK SEO market.
- Hands-on expertise in guest posting, blogger outreach, authority backlink acquisition, and local link building.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Ability to assess backlink quality based on relevance, domain authority, organic traffic, and link profile health.
- Strong English communication skills, particularly for outreach and relationship management.
