Umrah Consultant for Travel Agency

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Umrah Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting clients with planning and organizing their Umrah pilgrimage, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the Umrah process and its requirements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting clients in fulfilling their spiritual journey with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide detailed consultations to clients regarding Umrah packages, including itinerary planning, accommodation options, transportation, and additional services. Manage and coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and other essential arrangements related to the pilgrimage. Assist clients in preparing and submitting all necessary documentation such as visas, passports, and travel paperwork. Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients throughout the entire Umrah process. Customize Umrah packages to meet the specific needs and preferences of individual clients or groups. Maintain strong relationships with service providers including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and other vendors. Ensure all arrangements comply with relevant regulations and guidelines set by authorities and religious institutions. Support marketing efforts by promoting Umrah packages through social media, online platforms, and community outreach initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a travel agent, preferably with a focus on Umrah or Hajj services. Comprehensive knowledge of the Umrah pilgrimage process, including visa requirements, travel logistics, and religious practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in travel booking software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technologies. Cultural sensitivity and respect for Islamic practices and traditions when interacting with clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives. Health insurance and additional employee benefits are provided.
