Umrah Sales Agent (US Market) - Night Shift

Alhuda Tours, a US-based travel company specializing in memorable Umrah journeys, is expanding its team in Lahore, Pakistan. We are seeking motivated and talented Umrah Consultants to support our valued clients in the US market. Candidates will engage directly with prospective travelers, providing expert guidance and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective Umrah travelers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Consult with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate Umrah packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by effectively communicating package features and benefits.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Provide after-sales support, including assistance with documentation, travel preparation, and pre-departure guidance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless pilgrimage experience for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and client communications.
- Work night shifts to align with US time zones, ensuring timely client support.

Required Qualifications:
- 1.5 to 2 years of sales experience as an Umrah Consultant serving the US market.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle leads professionally and follow up consistently.
- Excellent sales, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively under sales targets and performance goals.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Based in Lahore with a smart, confident, and dedicated approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in travel sales, Umrah/Hajj services, call centers, customer support, or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
