We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Umrah Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and sales skills, with a solid understanding of Umrah packages and travel requirements. This role involves assisting customers in planning their Umrah journeys by providing detailed information and tailored travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Umrah packages to individuals, families, and groups.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
- Provide comprehensive details about Umrah packages, including hotels, flights, transportation, and visa requirements.
- Prepare quotations and customize travel packages based on customer budgets.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with visa, ticketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate customer records.
- Stay informed about the latest Umrah policies, travel requirements, and package pricing.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in Umrah sales or the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Umrah packages, visa processing, flights, and hotel bookings.
- Ability to generate leads and successfully close sales.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in Urdu is essential; English and Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven mindset.
