We are seeking a skilled Unity Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge mobile game prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop complete mobile game prototypes using Unity and C#.
- Take full ownership of gameplay mechanics, controls, UI implementation, progression systems, game economy, and overall polish.
- Utilize AI tools to assist with coding, debugging, game design, documentation, and content generation.
- Integrate essential services such as analytics, advertisements, in-app purchases (IAP), Firebase, and other required SDKs.
- Efficiently reuse existing company systems and assets whenever practical to accelerate development.
- Prepare store-ready builds for both Android and iOS platforms and support market testing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Art, Quality Assurance, and Growth teams to refine prototypes based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Rapidly iterate on concepts, making pivots or discontinuing projects based on product performance and market response.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with Unity and C# in the game development industry.
- Proven ability to independently develop mobile games from concept to prototype.
- Strong understanding of gameplay systems, user interface design, optimization techniques, and SDK integration.
- Comfortable and experienced with AI-powered development tools.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with Firebase, monetization strategies, and analytics platforms is highly desirable.
- Background in developing AR (Augmented Reality) and VR (Virtual Reality) games is a plus.
- Experience working on multiplayer game projects is advantageous.
