We are seeking experienced and motivated eBook Upsellers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in upselling eBooks and consistently meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Upsell eBook products to existing and potential customers to achieve monthly sales targets ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services that enhance their experience.
- Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close additional sales effectively.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to build and nurture long-term relationships.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate confidence and professionalism while managing upselling conversations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in eBook upselling or sales.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
- Ability to identify customer needs quickly and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in a similar role within the eBook or digital sales domain is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work on-site during night shifts as required.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000.
