Upwork Bidder – Islamabad (On-Site)

We are seeking a Junior Upwork Bidder to join our team at our office located in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of the Upwork platform who is eager to develop their skills in freelance business development and lead generation. While prior extensive experience is not required, familiarity with how Upwork works—including proposals, connects, and client engagement—is essential. You will collaborate closely with our team to identify relevant job opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and contribute to expanding our client base through Upwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily searches on Upwork to find relevant jobs and potential clients aligned with our services
- Evaluate job postings to determine suitability before applying
- Analyze client requirements thoroughly prior to proposal submission
- Write and submit personalized proposals following established bidding strategies
- Continuously refine bidding approaches based on performance and feedback
- Research client profiles and their past hiring activities to inform proposal quality
- Track all submitted proposals, responses, interviews, and conversion rates
- Follow up with potential clients when necessary to maintain engagement
- Maintain organized and updated Upwork profiles and proposal records
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall Upwork lead-generation process
- Stay informed about platform updates and current effective bidding practices

Required Qualifications

- Basic hands-on experience with Upwork, including familiarity with the platform’s key features
- Understanding of proposals, connects, job posts, and client profiles
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Ability to quickly comprehend client requirements
- Good research skills and attention to detail

- Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve bidding strategies continuously
