Prime Automation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Upwork Seller/Bidder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on the Upwork platform, engaging with potential clients, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities. A strong understanding of the Upwork marketplace, the ability to analyze client requirements, and skill in crafting personalized proposals that attract responses are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target relevant, high-potential projects on Upwork that align with Prime Automation’s service offerings.
- Analyze client requirements thoroughly before submitting bids to ensure suitability and competitiveness.
- Write clear, personalized, and compelling proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with potential clients to build rapport and trust.
- Generate and qualify leads through consistent engagement on the Upwork platform.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to maintain communication and advance the sales process.
- Support the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to client conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bids, client responses, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities to stay ahead.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Upwork bidding and selling.
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, including its bidding process and best practices.
- Ability to comprehend both technical and creative project requirements effectively.
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and professional proposals.
- Demonstrated ability to identify high-quality opportunities rather than submitting random bids.
- Confidence in client communication, including follow-ups and negotiations.
