Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Located in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join a dynamic Design & Development team. The role involves identifying relevant projects on Upwork, crafting tailored proposals, engaging with clients professionally, and generating quality leads to drive business growth. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and requires in-person attendance at the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork that align with the company’s Design & Development services.
- Write customized, compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with prospective clients to build trust and rapport.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful projects, contributing to the company’s revenue targets.
- Manage and organize Upwork proposals and client interactions to ensure follow-ups and ongoing engagement.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and secure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly bidding and sales targets to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding or business development, preferably within the Design & Development sector.
- Strong understanding of Web, UI/UX, and Design & Development services to accurately assess project requirements and tailor proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling clear and professional client interactions.
- Proven experience in writing effective Upwork proposals that win projects.
- Good knowledge of Upwork’s search algorithms, connects system, and bidding strategies to maximize proposal visibility and success rates.
