Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our team onsite in Model Town, Lahore. This full-time position involves managing and expanding our Upwork business development efforts by identifying and securing new opportunities primarily from U.S.-based and international clients. The role requires hands-on experience with Upwork Agency and Personal profiles, including bidding, proposal writing, client communication, and lead generation. The successful candidate will work evening shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, five to six days a week, including alternate Saturdays as needed to meet operational demands.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Upwork Agency and Personal profiles to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Identify relevant projects and high-quality business opportunities on the Upwork platform.
- Write and submit personalized, client-focused proposals tailored to each opportunity.
- Oversee Connects usage, handle invitations, follow-ups, and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Engage with prospects to thoroughly understand their requirements and business needs.
- Generate qualified leads and coordinate scheduling of client meetings.
- Track and analyze bidding activities, proposal responses, and conversion rates to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals that align with company services and client expectations.
- Consistently meet assigned bidding, lead generation, and business development targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding and business development.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads or winning projects through the Upwork platform.
- Strong understanding of Upwork’s profiles, Connects, proposals, invitations, contracts, and overall platform processes.
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized proposals.
- Strong client communication and follow-up skills to nurture leads and convert opportunities.
- Experience working with U.S.-based or international clients is highly preferred.
- Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Availability to work onsite in Model Town, Lahore.
- Ability to work the specified shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience with bookkeeping, taxation, and payroll systems or software is beneficial.
- Candidates should be prepared to provide a brief professional introduction and a short voice recording explaining their relevant experience.
- The work schedule includes 5 to 6 days per week, with alternate Saturdays as operationally required.
